Chrisean Rock Explains Why She Can't 'Move On' From Blueface: 'Nobody Understands But Us' (2024)

Chrisean Rock has revealed why she can’t “move on” from Blueface, despite their tumultuous relationship.

Speaking on Instagram Live on Sunday (January 21), the reality star/rapper shed some light on her rocky relationship with the father of her child, saying nobody outside of her and Blue are able to “understand” their dynamic.

“The week before the n-gga was locked up, we had so much f*cking fun together. That sh*t was so fun,” she said. “It’s, like, best friend type vibes. Nobody else can understand but us type sh*t.

“I thought when he went to jail, I was just going to be like, ‘Alright, cool, great.’ But then, I ain’t going to hold you… you see how I try move on and sh*t.”

She continued: “One thing about it is, I don’t want to talk up too bad on what happened. Long story short, you know how you just fall back. He changed in two seconds. Hell yeah, huh? On God, huh?”

Chrisean then referenced a viral video in which she and Blueface are seen having a heated argument before claiming the “Thotiana” rapper asked her: “You finna be outside or you finna be my bitch?”

Seemingly giving her answer to that question, Rock revealed she and her on-again, off-again boyfriend have talked “for hours” on the phone every night since Blue was jailed earlier this month.

Last summer, Chrisean Rock indicated that she had moved on from Blueface, who she dated for three years, while looking ahead to her next relationship.

“Da next n-gga I show y’all finna be da n-gga I marry,” she said on X (formerly Twitter). “I love my space. I love my peace. I love me. I’m not pressed to show if I moved on. I’m excited to show my growth n new blessings.”

“Crazy because I don’t got use anybody name for some click bait,” she continued, addressing those who claimed she rode Blueface’s coattails to achieve stardom.

The pair’s toxic relationship seemingly came to an end in October after Blueface proposed to his other baby mother Jaidyn Alexis at a Los Angeles Rams game.

However, their engagement would soon fizzle out, with the rapper admitting he only proposed to make Alexis happy and that he did not see her as wife material.

“You probably not gon’ be my wife if you got a ring and you just finna leave with [Chrisean] Rock and not answer the phone and record my phone,” he toldHollywood Unlocked‘s Jason Lee. “You doing the sh*t that Rock does, you get me? I think that Jaidyn doesn’t really like me — she loves me, of course – but I don’t think she likes me. We been dealing with each other this entire time.

“And it’s almost like look, I’ma keep it real. I proposed to Jaidyn to make her happy. I knew that would make her happy. So my whole objective with all this stuff as far as Jaidyn was not to make Rock mad but it was to make Jaidyn happy.”

As for where Blueface and Chrisean Rock currently stand, the latter claimed just last week that he wants to rekindle their romance, despite his incarceration.

“I don’t like this. What’s up with these n-ggas? They get locked up and then they get to calling you, acting like it was a different story before they went up in there,” Rock said on Instagram Live, shortly afteraccompanying the rapper to jail alongside their four-month-old son.

“How the f*ck you even know what’s going on on the blogs. Oh, you was getting ready to ask me to be your girlfriend? What are you talking about, bro?”

She continued: “Why do muthaf*ckas think they could put out one thing and receive another? Like, that’s not what you’ve been putting out, bro. How the f*ck is you calling me from that jail with information? Who’s reporting back to you?”

Blueface is currently being held in L.A. County Jail for violating his probation in his 2021 assault case wherein he and his entourage allegedly attacked a club bouncer.

Court documents indicate that he will remain behind bars until July 2, though his release is subject to change.
