Is crystal axe better than dragon osrs? ›

It possesses the same special attack as the dragon axe, and gives the player a 15% increase in efficiency chopping logs over the rune axe, surpassing the 10% increase of the dragon axe. This makes the crystal axe approximately 4.5% faster than the dragon axe.

Felling axes give a pet roll every time a log is cut, even if it is not obtained, while crystal axes are 4.5% faster than their dragon counterparts, leading to more pet rolls per hour and only being marginally less afk than an infernal axe.

Given a rate of 600 dust per hour at the harps, obtaining the crystal hatchet is worth it if you would spend 51 hours or more chopping trees normally. It is also worth considering that in earning the 4,000 harmonic dust, players earn between 320,000 and 384,000 experience in Crafting.

Players can create the axe by either using a felling axe handle on a crystal axe while standing near a singing bowl, or by using the singing bowl directly with a dragon felling axe, a crystal tool seed, and 120 crystal shards.

With an extra 30 spirit damage, the Crystal Battleaxe is also one of the best weapons to use against undead enemies. The Crystal Battleaxe does slightly more damage than the Blackmetal Axe, but as with all two-handed weapons in Valheim, it is more cumbersome.

It's the best armor, but there's an armor cap @ 80% resistance so it doesn't really matter all that much. However if you're going to smith to get dragonscale, go through the heavy armor side, so you can craft daedric weapons. Light armor side is garbage. If you are set on using Light armour then yes.
